This urlShield Service Agreement describes the terms and conditions on which urlShield offers services to you. In case if you want to use this urlShield service you agree with following of rules.
Customer agrees not to use urlShield services for messages of terror or depicts torture or death, harm minors in any way, customer is not allowed to transmit any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party. The data that contains íllegal material or promotes íllegal activity like gambling, the offering for sale of íllegal weapons, and the promotion or publication of any material that may violate hate crimes legislation is also not permitted. If this happens, the content will be reported to the appropriate legal authority and/or the member's ISP will be contacted and the account will be immediately terminated. Attempts to violate urlShield systems are strictly prohibited. urlShield Services may be used only for lawful purposes. Transmission, distribution or storage of any material in violation of any applicable law or regulation, including export control laws, is prohibited. Complaints about violators of our Policy should be sent via e-mail
Your use of urlShield is at your own risk. If you are dissatisfied with any aspects of our service, then you should discontinue using urlShield service.
We reserve the right to change this agreement at any time without any notices.
